INSTALLATION LEVELS

• To ensure fair and accurate pricing, our installation service is structured into different levels based on product size, weight, and assembly complexity.
• Larger or more complex items may require additional time, multiple installers, or special handling, which will be reflected in the installation level.
• Our team will recommend the most suitable installation level for your order to ensure a smooth and efficient setup experience.
• Note: Final installation level will be confirmed based on product type and on-site conditions.

ASSEMBLY TERMS & CONDITIONS

• 1. For installation locations over 100 km from our warehouse, please contact us for a custom installation quote. The distance is calculated from our warehouse to the installation address.
• 2. Our typical waiting period for installation is 1–2 weeks after full payment has been received. If you purchase our installation service, you may enjoy a shipping discount depending on your location.
• 3. Please note that typically one installer will be assigned. Assistance may be required for larger or heavier items.
• 4. Customers are kindly asked to provide free parking for up to 6 hours. If unavailable, additional parking fees may apply.
• 5. Installation is generally provided on ground level. For upstairs or downstairs installations, please contact us for a custom quote.
• 6. Please ensure the site is ready before the installer arrives. If installation cannot proceed due to site conditions or last-minute changes, a $99 rescheduling fee will apply.
• 7. This service does not include removal of existing items. Please clear the area in advance. If removal is required, please notify us beforehand; otherwise, installers may refuse service and additional call-out fees may apply.
